EXTENDED BOOKING POLICY
-Once your appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation text and email the day before your scheduled service. Our private location details will be sent to you via text once your appointment is confirmed and waivers filled out.
POLICY INFORMATION: • Please arrive with no makeup or skincare on the service area. • No children or additional guests are permitted. • If you are feeling sick, please cancel or reschedule your appointment. • All sales are final. No refunds once you sign waiver forms. • Snacks and drinks are available for your comfort. • We accept Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash, and Card (a $3.00 fee applies), and our Buy Now Pay Later (Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay and Zip)

-Each month is open 30-60 days out, the following month is open the second to last week of the current month.
-We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $40. If you are not here at the time you booked your appointment, it may be subject to a cancellation fee of $40. We have a $10 late fee that will be applied if you are later more than 15 minutes.
-If for any reason you cancel more than 3 times even before a 12 hour notice you may be subject to banning. We won’t be able to provide anymore services to you. In some cases, we may ask for a non refundable deposit of $50 and a 24 hour notice of cancellation if you are able to book again.
Class Cancellation Policy
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before the beginning of your class or you may be charged a cancellation fee of $40. We have a 12 hour cancellation, no response, and no show policy for our 1-1 classes and virtual classes.
